Here is what happened. tl;dr: Made a withdrawal from my TFSA. Questrade's system screwed up and processed the withdrawal twice causing my TFSA to go negative. The next day Questrade converted all of my USD cash to CAD to try and lessen the negative balance without properly fixing the issue. When you set the Sell Trailing Stop Order at 8$ it will consider the current market price.
